Members of the Arches Project team talk with Directions Magazine

Last week, Directions Magazine, a leading source of information about geospatial technologies, interviewed two members of the Arches project team about Arches. Yiannis Avramides (World Monuments Fund) and Alison Dalgity (Getty Conservation Institute) spoke to Directions about the project and explained the need for a system like Arches as well as what makes Arches different from other options. Questions had to do with why an institution would choose to adopt Arches, the development approach, and the use of the phrase “Heritage Inventory and Management System” to describe Arches.
