The Arches team is happy to announce version 2.0 of Arches.
Several improvements have been made since releasing version 1.0 including:
- upgrading Arches to Django 1.6
- updating the way Arches manages resource types, concepts, and authority documents aka “Package Management”
- simplifying and improving the installation instructions (available here)
- simplifying the database schema
- streamlining the install process
- upgrade the virtualenv to 1.11.2
- plus several bug fixes
